He is youtuber, entrepreneur, and influencer. he's a special young because he transmits a transparent and honest message for his followers, don't only cares fitness but also how to improve your mindset for his followers and you have a better way of looking at life.

BIOGRAPHY
ERNEST DIFT was born in barcelona spain about 24 years ago, he grew up in a modest family that had struggled to give he everything they could by work hard every day, along with his sister Regina. he has always been a very sporty, independent and different person, a boy who didn't like to draw attention to himself and that was even mocked by others. the lack of motivation made he follow the flow and that was even mocked by others.

After 3 years of training, between the ages of 18 and 19. and with his unstoppable desire of knowing the world. he convinced his parents and he moved to Leeds in England, where he spent to 9 months trying to make a living. he found his first job on the maintenance team of gym
